Travel & Transportation

The closet major airport is Memphis. Contour Airlines also flies into Tupelo via Dallas and Nashville.
Rental cars, Ubers, and taxis are available from Memphis to Oxford. The City of Oxford has also compiled a list of car services: https://visitoxfordms.com/about-oxford/directions/transportation/
Most importantly, we don't want logistics to be a burden on our guests.  Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need help arranging transportation into town.

Accommodations

For our out-of-town guests, we’ve reserved blocks of rooms at a nearby hotel for your convenience.  The majority of the rooms available online are blocked off for 12/12 - 12/14, but the hotel will honor the discounted rate if you would like to arrive earlier or stay later.  Either contact the hotel directly or let us know so we can help coordinate.
The booking deadline for the group rate is November 12th.
